  • Experience in developing UX/UI for iOS or Android apps a plus
  • Understanding of the latest developments in digital technology, responsive design, HTML5, both native and web app design and modern production best practices

  • Work with Head of MarComm to develop overall social media strategy for Simplified and Traditional Chinese audiences
  • Manage all Greater China social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo & Twitter
  • Detailed content planning for all responsible social media channels
  • Manage social media content creation
  • Work with internal Content Acquisition team to develop multimedia content to drive user engagement
  • Identify KOLs on responsible platforms while forming relationship to help generate brand awareness
  • Frequent interaction with followers in responsible social media communities
  • Ability to recommend analytic and reporting tools to help propel company’s social media presence
  • Coordinate Social Media engagement of cross functional teams including C-level executives and PR
  • 2-3 years of proven work experience as a social media content manager or community manager
  • Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness and engagement
  • Fluency in analytics and tools provided by social media platforms and 3rd-party companies
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English with near native fluency
  • Able to excel in high-pressured environment with a start-up attitude
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Communication or relevant field
